The Marin Workforce Housing Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding affordable housing opportunities for Marin County workers.
The Housing Trust’s objectives are to:
- Support housing for working families.
- Support home ownership and multi-family rental housing.
- Provide funding for non-profit and for-profit developers.
- Provide a streamlined and efficient application and approval process.
- Invest in well-managed and cost-effective workforce housing development.
