Our Mission & Objectives

With the support of local businesses, governments, community members and philanthropic foundations, Marin Workforce Housing Trust provides low-cost financing for critically needed workforce housing development in Marin County.

The Housing Trust's objectives are to:

• Support housing for working families.
• Support affordable homeownership and multi-family rental housing
• Support special needs populations
• Provide funding for nonprofit and for-profit developers of affordable housing
